UNLIMITED REFERRAL OFFER. This agreement constitutes a promotional offer available to new and current customers of New Earth Solar LLC. Promotional Offer constitutes a $500 check from New Earth Solar LLC, in exchange for a referral customer who purchases a product or service, at or above a threshold of $10,000, from New Earth Solar LLC. In order for Current Customers to receive this Promotional Offer, Referred customers must: (a.) Confirm with New Earth Solar LLC the individual customer who referred them; and (b.) Purchase a product or service from New Earth Solar LLC at a cost of $10,000 or above. Promotional Offer may be claimed by current customers an unlimited number of times, offer amount may not exceed the amount owed to one’s billable account. Promotional Offer shall be applied only in the form of a check or direct deposit. Only one (1) current customer may redeem the promotional offer, per referral. Promotional Offer shall be delivered to a current customer after the referral customer’s purchase, no more than sixty (60) days after purchase. Other restrictions may apply. All rights and obligations of New Earth Solar LLC under this Agreement shall be performed by New Earth Solar LLC, or its authorized agents, representatives, vendors, successors or assigns.
